Merthyr Town manager Gavin Williams will be without key players for tomorrows home match against Banbury United.

Kyle Patten and Corey Jenkins are both missing with injuries, and Kerry Morgan is unavailable. No fixture was scheduled on this date and Kerry had booked a trip away so will miss the match. Williams will shuffle the pack bringing in players from the youth team and including Craig Reddy who has joined the club.

Williams said “Obviously with a reduced squad the injuries sustained on Saturday are a big blow to us, but we performed well at Tiverton with a similar squad and did not get the result we deserved. Tomorrow will be a tough match against a strong team like Banbury United, who showed last season they are a good footballing side.”

"Saturday was tough to take and shows how difficult it is going to be for us. I am sure that once again the crowd will get behind the lads, because we all need to stick together and get through this."

The match will kick off at 7.45pm at the LoadLok Community Stadium.
