Match Day Guide - Poole Town
11 April 2025
We face Poole Town at Penydarren Park tomorrow afternoon in our penultimate home game in the Pitching IN Southern League Premier title race (3pm Kick Off), and we are expecting our biggest crowd of the season!
The Martyrs currently sit 7 points clear of AFC Totton who are in second place, with just four games remaining in the campaign. If we win against Poole Town, and a loss for AFC Totton against Tiverton Town will see the Martyrs crowned as Champions – however, Paul Michael’s side will face a tough task as Poole Town are battling to ensure they stay in the Southern League Premier South for the 2025/26 campaign, as they currently find themselves just a place above the drop zone on goal difference as it stands.
Arriving at Penydarren Park
The gates at PP will be open from 12:30. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early, to enter the ground as easily as possible, and arrive well ahead of kick-off at 3pm, as we expect queues at the turnstiles with another great crowd at Penydarren Park!
