21 March 2025
We face Chertsey Town at Penydarren Park on Saturday afternoon for another crucial fixture in the Pitching IN Southern League Premier title race (3pm Kick Off), and we also celebrate #NonLeagueDay2025.
The Martyrs currently sit on a 30-game unbeaten run after last weekends 3-1 away victory at Gosport Borough and will be looking to hopefully extend this going into Saturday’s game, but will face a resolute Chertsey team who are looking to secure safety at Step 3 for next season.

Last Meeting
Earlier this season, the Martyrs travelled to Chertsey Town on a Tuesday evening in late November 2024, where we won 2-1 thanks to goals from Ricardo Rees and Cole Jarvis, despite going down to 10-men in the first half.
One To Watch
Chertsey’s centre forward, Jack Mazzone, currently sits behind Ricardo Rees in 2nd place in the league top scorer charts with 22 league goals this season. The former Met Police and Horsham man has been a proven goal scorer at Step 3 in the pyramid across the last 8 years.
Mascots & Flag Bearers
We welcome the children from Heolgerrig Red Lion U9 Girls who are our match-day mascots for Saturday’s game.
