Match Day Guide - Hungerford Town
20 April 2025

We face Hungerford Town at Penydarren Park on Bank Holiday Monday in our final home game in the Pitching IN Southern League Premier (3pm Kick Off), after virtually securing the league title with our win away at Sholing on Friday afternoon.
The Martyrs 3-0 victory away at Sholing, and AFC Totton’s 0-0 draw with Basingstoke, virtually secured the title for Paul Michael and his side, with the Martyrs now sitting 6 points ahead of AFC Totton, and with a far superior goal difference. The Southern League Chairman will be joining us at Penydarren Park on Monday to present the Southern League trophy should that final point be secured by the Martyrs.
Hungerford Town have turned their season around since the start of 2025, as the early parts of the campaign saw them sitting deep into the relegation zone, but a much improved 2025 has now seem them rise up to 7th in the table.
