Form Guide
The Martyrs have already had a taste of competitive football so far this season, with wins over Taffs Well and Ammanford in the FAW Nathaniel MG Cup – as well as facing an array of clubs in friendlies from both the English and Welsh systems.
A key player for Tiverton Town this afternoon will be experienced midfielder, Asa Hall, who joined Tivvy from Torquay United during the summer. The 37 year old has well over 250 Football League appearances under his belt, as well as a further 174 appearance for Torquay, after enjoying time in the EFL with Luton Town, Oxfird United and Cheltenham Town.
Previous Result
Last season, the Martyrs left it late but won the game at Penydarren Park against Tivvy in the 95th minute thanks to a Ricardo Rees winner, after Noah Smerdon had earlier cancelled out Tivertons leader from Jack Rice.
Mascots
We welcome the children from Penydarren BGC U10s Girls who are our matchday mascots for Saturday’s game and will be leading the Martyrs out at Penydarren Park ahead of the game.
