Supporter Information - AFC Totton

As Paul Michael and his team prepare for Saturday's trip to AFC Totton, we wanted to put together some key information for the large number Merthyr Town supporters making the trip south for this important Southern League clash.

Following multiple conversations with AFC Totton over recent weeks regarding supporter safety in the lead up to Saturday’s fixture, AFC Totton have now confirmed that there will be NO SEGREGATION at the Snows Stadium. Despite this, we wanted to put together some of the information provided below to ensure our supporters have a safe and great day out following the Martyrs!

Transport

There are many supporters travelling to the game on Saturday via a range of organised transport. Those individuals who have booked on to various buses, have been contacted by the bus organisers to confirm all relevant information. All supporter buses will be parked in the allocated area at the Snows Stadium, following confirmation from AFC Totton earlier this week.

Those supporters who are driving to the game will need to park on the Calmore Industrial Estate. With the ground on your left, drive to the roundabout & take the first left into Brunel Road. Parking is not permitted in the ALDI supermarket next to the ground due to the ANPR cameras that restrict you to a 90-minute limit on parking.

Tickets

We are encouraging as many supporters as possible to purchase tickets ahead of the day, as supporters save £2 on the match-day entry price. AWAY Tickets can be purchased at the below link - https://afctotton.ticketco.events/uk/en/e/afc_totton_v_merthyr_town_20242025

Tickets will also be available to pay on the gate if required.

All U13’s receive FREE ENTRY with accompanied adult.

AFC Totton have confirmed that Seating will be available for supporters on the day, however this is on a first-come-first-served basis. If any further information is required regarding the seating at the Snows Stadium, you are to contact AFC Totton directly.

Food, Drink & Refreshments

AFC Totton have confirmed that due to the NO SEGREGATION policy they have in place for the fixture, supporters of both clubs will be allowed access into the main clubhouse at the Snows Stadium to purchase drinks and refreshments, and there will also be several food/drink outlets situated around the ground.

For any Martyrs who will be seeking food and drink in the surrounding areas, the closest pubs to the Snows Stadium are listed below;

The Testwood, Salisbury Rd, Totton, Southampton SO40 3HX

Saxon Inn, 31 Calmore Dr, Calmore, Southampton SO40 2SH

If you have any further questions or queries regarding the upcoming fixture, please can you contact, club secretary, Jack Hodgkins at merthyrsec@gmail.com

Finally, we would just like to thank all our supporters for their incredible support and commitment so far this season, it really has been the difference in many games both home and away, and we hope this Saturday will be no different. We pride ourselves on leaving a good name for our club and town on our visits across the border, and we have no doubt that Saturday will be another tremendous turnout from all, in what will undoubtedly be a great advert for The Southern League.

Thank you all and Up The Town!
